Tracking and data quality
Are your conversions measured at the point the money is made, or at a button click. Do your platforms agree with your booking system. Can you trust any of the numbers you are currently making decisions with.
Before you spend more or sign with anyone, it is worth knowing which part of your marketing is actually the problem.
The Growth Audit is a fixed scope, independent diagnosis of your digital growth. You get a score, the evidence behind it and the five things worth fixing first. You keep the report whether or not you ever work with us again.
A structured review of the five areas that determine whether marketing turns into customers. We look at your actual data rather than your opinion of it, score each area against a consistent framework and tell you where the constraint really is.
Most businesses already suspect something is wrong. What they usually lack is an evidence-based answer to the question of what to fix first.

Are your conversions measured at the point the money is made, or at a button click. Do your platforms agree with your booking system. Can you trust any of the numbers you are currently making decisions with.
Where new customers actually come from, what each channel costs, which channels are genuinely adding customers and which are claiming credit for demand you already had.
Whether the site converts the traffic you are already paying for, where people drop out, and what that is costing you.
What you are doing with the customers you already have, whether the automations still work, and how much revenue is sitting unused in the database.
Whether the reporting you receive leads to decisions, and whether anyone can tell what changed last month and why.
Five areas, twenty points each. The same framework every time, so your score means something against your own score six months later.

Each finding traces back to a specific signal we observed, with the source stated. Where we could not get access to something, we say so and mark it as not measurable rather than scoring you down for it or quietly guessing.
Your current numbers, checked across systems rather than taken from one platform's self report.
Prioritised, with the reasoning for the order.
The single thing we would do first if it were our business.
We walk you through all of it and you can argue with any of it.
If, at the end of your results call, you do not believe this was worth every penny, say so and we refund you on the spot. No forms, no hoops, no hard feelings.
Twenty minutes, free. We establish whether the audit will actually be useful for your situation, and we will tell you if it will not.
£195, paid online. No proposal, no contract delay.
We send one request covering the accounts we need to read. Read-only wherever the platform allows it. We will walk your team through granting access if that is easier.
For the things data cannot tell us: what you actually sell, what a customer is worth, what you have already tried, what constraints you are working with.
Where an integration is not available, we ask you the question directly and mark the answer as self reported rather than pretending we verified it.
Every audit is checked by a second person before you see it.
We walk through the findings, the score and the priorities.
There is no obligation to do anything further.
If you cannot provide access to something, that is not a blocker. It becomes a stated limitation rather than a guess.
It is paid precisely so that we are not obliged to find a reason to sell you something.
We assess systems, not people, and where something is outside the scope of what we could improve we will label it that way rather than adding it to the list to look thorough.
It guarantees a defined process and a defined output. Anyone promising more than that at this price is not being straight with you.
You have existing customers, existing demand, a website, a sales process and a marketing budget. You can make a decision without a committee. You want to know what is actually working.
You are pre-launch or have no demand yet. You have no budget to act on the findings. You need everything done for you. You will not give access to your data. You are looking for the cheapest possible execution. You do not want to hear what we find.
We would rather tell you on the twenty minute call that this is not for you than take £195 and produce a report you were never going to use. It is particularly useful at specific moments:
Because a free audit is a sales document. The findings tend to match whatever the agency sells. Paying for it is what makes it independent, and £195 is set low enough that it is not a real commercial decision for a business of your size.
It is priced to remove the risk of the first step, not to reflect the value. The audit involves real operator time and a second person reviewing it. It is not an automated report generator. We are happy to walk you through the methodology before you buy.
It is fast because the framework is standardised and most of the data collection is automated. The thinking is not rushed. The scope is bounded deliberately so the timeline is realistic.
Many clients do know the symptoms. What the audit usually adds is priority, evidence and sequencing. Knowing five things are wrong is very different from knowing which one is costing you most.
We report what we find about the systems. If something is not working we will say so and show you why. We are not interested in scoring points, and where an agency is doing good work we say that too.
Then that area is marked as limited visibility or not measurable. Missing access reduces what we can confirm. It does not reduce your score and it does not stop the audit.
Either nothing, and you keep the report. Or a Growth Sprint, which is sixty to ninety days fixing the things we found. There is no pressure to take the second option, and the report is the same either way.
It is consistent rather than precise. The same framework is applied every time, every finding is traceable, and where evidence is weak we label it. We would rather show you a defensible 62 than an impressive sounding number we cannot justify.
Twenty minutes, free, and we will tell you honestly if it is not worth doing.
