The monthly rhythm that keeps growth on the rails
Quarterly reviews are too slow. Weekly reviews are too noisy. Here is the cadence we run with every client.
Growth work goes wrong in two predictable ways. Either the team reviews performance too often and overreacts to noise, or it reviews too rarely and lets problems compound.
A monthly rhythm sits in the middle and almost always wins. Enough time has passed for the data to mean something. Not so much time that you cannot course correct.
Ours has three parts: a written summary against the numbers we agreed at kickoff, a working session focused on the one or two changes that matter most, and a clear set of next-month commitments. Everything else is noise.
