Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to moveasone.co.uk and to the services we sell through it. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Move as One Ltd, a company registered in Scotland under number SC759031, with its registered office at 15 Ashgrove Road, Glasgow, G40 4AJ. "You" means the business buying from us or using this website.

Our services are sold to businesses. By buying from us you confirm that you are acting for the purposes of your trade, business or profession and not as a consumer. The statutory cancellation rights that apply to consumer purchases do not apply to our services. Our own refund promise for the Growth Audit is set out in section 5.

These terms apply to every purchase made through this website and to the Growth Audit. Ongoing work, including the Growth Improvement Sprint and our partnership retainers, is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement. Where that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement wins.

4.1 What you get. The Growth Audit is a fixed-fee review of your tracking, advertising, website, retention and reporting. It includes an onboarding workshop, our review work, a results call and a written report and roadmap sent after that call. The report gives a Growth Readiness Score out of 100, our main findings and our view of what each fix is worth where the data supports an estimate.

4.2 Price and payment. The Growth Audit costs £195 including VAT. It is paid in full by card on your fit call, through our payment provider Stripe, and only if we both agree the audit is right for your business. We do not store your card details.

4.3 Timing. After payment we book your onboarding workshop. Your results call takes place within 14 days of that workshop. That timing depends on you giving us the access we ask for. If access is not in place within 5 working days of payment, the 14 days move back by the length of the delay. We will tell you straight away if anything we need is missing.

4.4 What we need from you. Read-only access to the accounts we list after payment, such as your analytics, advertising and ecommerce platforms, plus your time in the onboarding workshop. You are responsible for having the right to give us that access.

4.5 How we use your access. We only look. We do not change campaigns, settings, budgets or content in your accounts during the audit. We use your data only to carry out the audit and keep it confidential. You can remove our access at any time, and we ask that you do so once your results call has taken place. We may use software, including automated and AI-assisted analysis tools, to help carry out the audit. Every finding in your report is checked by our team before it reaches you.

4.6 Your report. Once you have paid, the report and roadmap are yours to use inside your business however you like, whether or not you work with us afterwards. Our methods, templates, scoring model and software remain ours.

4.7 What the audit is not. The audit is our professional opinion based on the data we can see at the time. Any figures for waste or for what a fix is worth are estimates, not promises of future results. Advertising performance depends on many things outside our control.

If, at the end of your results call, you do not believe the audit was worth what you paid, tell us on the call, or by email to info@moveasone.co.uk before the end of the next working day, and we will refund the full £195 to the card you paid with. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds reach your account within 5 to 7 working days. Once a refund is issued, the audit fee can no longer be credited under section 6.

If you go on to buy the Growth Improvement Sprint within 60 days of your results call, we credit the full £195 audit fee against your first month. The credit applies once per business, cannot be exchanged for cash and does not apply to any other service.

Pulse and any other free tool or scan on this website are provided free of charge and as they are. We do our best to make them accurate but we give no promise about their results, and you should not rely on them alone for business decisions. By using them you agree we may contact you about the result, in line with our Privacy Policy.

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to deliver the work you have bought. We may share it with people who work with us on your account, such as staff and subcontractors, who are bound by the same duty. We will not name you as a client or publish anything about your results without your written permission.

9.1 Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9.2 We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

9.3 For the Growth Audit, our total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid for it. For any other paid service where no separate agreement sets a limit, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If a dispute cannot be resolved by talking to us first, the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
